Quick service, very professional and empathetic.
The worker, Sean, was very kind and understanding of the fact that my three-year-old was keenly interested In what he was doing. He even took the time to explain it to my son and that made his day. Sean found and fixed the problem quickly, charged us a very fair price, and we will definitely call this company again if we need service In the future. Our A/C unit suddenly stopped working properly on a July Sunday afternoon when temperatures were soaring.
I called in for service first thing on Monday morning and was so pleased to have a technician arrive that morning and he was able to determine the problem, get the part needed and fix it by early afternoon.
